SHIPPING & RETURNS

​​QUALITY CONTROL POLICY​

1. All products undergo four quality inspections, i.e., two quality inspections at the factory, warehousing and before shipment.

2. The packaging process will be recorded to ensure quality and the video will be deleted two weeks after receipt. If there is any shipping damage, please contact our customer service within two weeks of receipt.
3. Shipping costs include insurance for package loss or shipping damage. 

SHIPPING POLICY

​1. It may take one to two weeks to prepare the product before it is shipped. If you need to expedite your order, please contact customer service.

1. Shipping costs vary depending on location, weight, and size. All fees are collected by the logistics company.

2. We use different shipping companies. By default, we use the shipping company with the most cost-effective shipping time and charges. The shipping time is two weeks. If you need to expedite your order, please contact customer service.

3. If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries.

4. We will update the latest package status on the website based on feedback from the shipping company, and there may be delays.

5. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless you receive the wrong item.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

1. We do not provide return or exchange service. If damaged in shipping, we will ship again.

2. Only electronic products are covered by the warranty, and we will provide a refund if damage occurs within two weeks
3. In case of any dispute, New Era Global Retail reserve the right to make the final decision.
